I been calorie counting for 3 weeks and now going to try p1 again.

S - almond milk, decaf tea, water, prosciutto - 164
Total Calories - 952
Porridge was horrid with just water!! Shall have hard boiled eggs and bacon tomorrow.
I had mustard powder and didn't realise it was flour so a bit :/
Physically feel fine today
