Is anyone out there like me and awaiting a transplant? I have CF (cystic fibrosis) and need new lungs. Due to some nasty infections I was put on the dreaded steroids and blew up like a balloon with water and over eating (3 stone in 4 weeks).
Now i'm off of them i'm now on the slow road back to "normal" weight (although water retention takes it's own merry time to go :sigh2: lol
Anyway was just wondering whether anyone else was in a similar position or awaiting some other kind of major op that requires a bit of weight loss first?
