    Start Weight: 16st11lb
    Current Weight: 14st4lb
    Goal Weight: 11st1lb


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 35.7
    Current BMI: 30.4
    Goal BMI: 23.6


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 2st7lb
    Weight to Lose: 3st3lb
    % Lost 14.89%

    Body Fat Scales

    Evening everybody.

    I have just purchased the Lloyds Pharmacy Body Fat scales and was just wondering how accurate they are.

    The weight is about a kilo different (up) from the scales I usually get weighed on - although this is at a different time of day.

    My main query is about the BMI and Body Fat Percentage calculations it does. The BMI seems about right and classes me as Obese but the Body Fat Percentage is putting me as only just Overweight needing to shift about 3% of body fat to be in the normal range .

    Has anybody compared these to scales that are known to be correct?

    Diet: I was on WW PPs but have now switched to calorie counting.
    Height: 5ft4in

    Hi Paul, I have been thinking of getting scales like these too. Pity no one replied to the post. How are you getting on with the scales now?
