Evening everybody.
I have just purchased the Lloyds Pharmacy Body Fat scales and was just wondering how accurate they are.
The weight is about a kilo different (up) from the scales I usually get weighed on - although this is at a different time of day.
My main query is about the BMI and Body Fat Percentage calculations it does. The BMI seems about right and classes me as Obese but the Body Fat Percentage is putting me as only just Overweight needing to shift about 3% of body fat to be in the normal range.
Has anybody compared these to scales that are known to be correct?
