    Stomach flu

Anyone got any great solutions for getting rid of stomach flu fast? Probably know that I have to just let it run it's course but I've had a miserable few days!!!
One step at a time to goal not matter how long it takes

Losing weight is hard, being big is harder.

Nothing you can do other than drink plenty to keep hydrated (preferably dioralyte to keep your salt levels correct).

Avoid Imodium (Loperamide) if you can as it just prolongs things. It's better to let it flush through.
