Hi everyone,
Not entirely sure I'm posting this in the correct sub forum. Apologies if i am.
Basically I've recently been diagnosed with b12, iron & folate deficiency.
Ive beeb put on folic acid daily and been told i need to have b12 injections every other day for 2 weeks, then another blood tests then see my gp again.
The thing is i had my first injection yesterday and i feel so lousy. I haven't been able to sleep because my arms were aching so much, i feel headachy, and my muscles really ache and i suppose what I'm asking for is advice if any of you have had these injections before.
Is this normal? Is it because its my first injection? Any advice will be brilliant xx
