Diets don't work ..................... Only cause i can't stick to them ..........

HI GUYS AFTER TRYING SEVERAL DIFFERENT DIETS & SUCCEEDING SHORT TERM I DECIDED I NEEDED TO DO SOMETHING I COULD STICK TO :rolleyes:. I AM 3 STONE LIGHTER THAN I WAS BUT KNOW IF I KEEP EATING LIKE I DO I WILL PUT IT ALL BACK ON AGAIN :eek: HAVE ALREADY PUT A STONE BACK ON I DON'T WANT TO GO ON A DOWNWARD SPIRAL ENDING UP AS BIG AS I WAS.
SO HAVE DECIDED NOTHING IS OFF LIMITS I WILL JUST HAVE SMALLER PORTIONS, SNACKS WILL BE FRUIT, FAT FREE YOGHURT OR LOWER CAL BISCUITS. I AM GOING TO TRY NOT TO EAT SWEETS OR CHOCOLATE AS THESE WILL BE MY DOWNFALL, I HAVE GOT A BAR OF 85% DARK CHOCOLATE IN FRIDGE IF I HAVE A CRAVING FOR CHOC WILL HAVE A SQUARE (AM HOPING THIS WILL KEEP ME ON THE STRAIGHT & NARROW ;)) I WILL BE WRITING DOWN MY FOOD EACH DAY JUST TO KEEP A CHECK ON WHAT I AM EATING SO HERE GOES ...........

B- porridge with semi-skimmed milk
S- 3 low fat biscuits
L- tuna, sweetcorn & salad cream in 2 weight watchers baguettes
S- nectarine, banana
D- fruit & fibre with semi skimmed milk
S- mint mullerlight, latte (skimmed milk)

Hi Hun yes only had fruit & fibre but was large bowl lol didn't fancy anything else :) hope u feel better soon xx

hmmmmm my healthy eating not quite gone to plan been on a sweet binge :wave_cry:wasn't even enjoying them but it didnt stop me finishing them, i am crap don't know what's up with me aaaaaaaggggghhhhhhhhh

Oh val. it's not easy. I think we all have phases when it's an uphill struggle. U will get back on it when the times right. I'm sure.

Right new day new week line drawn ;-)

MONDAY 8TH OCTOBER

BREAKFAST - porridge with 200 ml skimmed milk
LUNCH - egg & tomato sandwich, cup of tea with skimmed milk, peach
SNACK- latte with skimmed milk
DINNER - smoked haddock with smidgin ww spread
SNACK - melon, sf jelly :)
