Well I've contemplated which diet to do to remove some of my recent gain.

I've decided to cut out all processed foods including dairy.

So my diet so far is full of vegs meat and fruit oh and eggs

I weighed in at 13.7 at doctors this week and I intend to get weighed in a months time.

So breakfast is banana pancake made with egg and mashed banana I used fry light which l won't be using for long as I have coconut oil on order.

Dinner is tuna, beetroot, peppers, tomatoes, cuecumber, lettuce


Tea was beef carrots sprouts Leeks and parsnips

Snack of plums

I've cut out tea and coffee and drink just water or hot water with slices of lemon in.

I'm trying to eat healthy and buy cutting all the processed food out I'm hoping to not only see an improvement on the scales but an improvement in my health
