Here I go again.... Last time I move now. I've switched from ww, SW, calorie counting the lot! I exercise a lot and need to just simply eat healthy and train hard. Plans are not working, including calorie counting because as soon as I feel restricted/counting/synning I start being naughty! I'm a runner and I just want to be fit and healthy.
I'm 33, 5'4" and about 10st 2/3. I'll weigh in the morning to double check. I'm starting tomorrow, eating clean and training well. Wish me luck..... This has to be a lifestyle change now; not a diet x
