A place to keep my focus on being good!

Eek this is scary writing my thoughts down so publicly but I think sometimes I need a kick up the arse to keep me going!
Today hasn't been great food wise. I had a treat on Thursday, followed by Friday and then Saturday and before I knew it I'd had another bad choice day today!
No excuses I need to kick start the healthy option food choices tommorow.
Here's my plan for food etc..

Breakfast: homemade smoothie

Snack: babybel

Lunch: homemade smoothie

Snack: homemade smoothie

Dinner: fairly healthy dinner (e.g chicken Kiev with wedges, or a chicken salad wrap)

Others: a hot chocolate before bed & 1 snack of something less than 100cals

I'll be doing this all week , Saturday night will be a treat dinner rather than having a "treat day" as when I have a treat day I seem to justify shoving anything in my mouth lol :/
I hope to get to know you all well, i was in here a few years back and got to know some nice people , it was such a supportive group I hope to get to know some more people again :)

I'm not following a plan as such, I've done slimming world in the past so I've learnt a lot of ways to cook healthier etc, but I'm just trying to eat more of the good things and less of the bad :)
I always feel healthier when I'm eating well which makes me question why I ever eat junk food? :/

I am exactly the same, i love eating healthy... but the naughty bright colors and brands of naughty snacks confuse me into eating them Lol x

Do you not get hungry just having smoothies until dinner?

If i am hungry in the morning i love to make a smoothie but would so struggle not having lunch x
 
Yeah those damn packages have a lot to answer for! Lol no I find the smoothies fill me up , I drunk then through a straw too so they last longer (weird!) and they taste really good too :)
This morning my breakfast will be a smoothie made with some frozen forest fruits (blackberries strawberries raspberries etc) , an apple and a bit of vitamin juice :) x
 
Today's food: Hot water & lemon all morning

Snack: babybel

Lunch: smoothie (same as this morning)

Snack: smoothie (more of the same!)

Tea: hunters chicken breast with some wedges & veg with light mayo

Others: a hot chocolate before bed & a pack of iced gems This is the plan! Will adjust if anything changes x Had to swap an apple for an Orange as I'd run out of apples boo :( x

Yeah definitely :)
Feeling motivated this morning which is surprising since it's a Monday morning!
Gonna do my weights in a bit , then off to work for a bit x

Okey doke so today's food..

Breakfast: berry smoothie (apple, mixed frozen berries & vitamin juice)

Snack: babybel

Lunch: berry smoothie

Snack: vitamin fruit juice

Dinner: homemade chicken salad wrap with light mayo

Others: a cup of semi skimmed milk

Edit: no snack after tea for me today I don't feel like it much. Early night for me! X

Feel a bit weak now , but I've just gotta get through till about 6 ish when I have tea . Gonna have some vitamin juice to keep me from shaking lol xx
