Shopping list
Hey-ho,
I am designing a shopping list for myself, a sort of regular items shop that is both healthy, but good for someone who works out regularly. I've read countless articles of miracle foods etc and list of "Top 10 something something". Essentially so far all I have is:
Meals:
Chicken
Eggs
Fish
Peppers
Carrots
Green Beans
Rye bread
Snacks:
Ryvita
Other:
For rice - (chicken stock, saffron)
Squash (no added sugar)
Any help very welcome as it looks a bit scarce.

Also have some fruits, lots of them. They are healthy and they have natural fibers too! You can have one for snacks and every after meal—it's packed with powerful nutrients and is readily available.
