please help me lose 3 stone!

Hi everyone, please help me!

So over the past couple of years my weight has just gone up and up and today I am at an all time low, no energy, no motivation and I cant stand to look at myself.

I dont want a quick fix anymore which is why I am asking for you healthy eaters help :)

I am prepared to eat alot of chicken and veg but are there any main dishes or lunches that you can recommend? (I work in an office where only a microwave is available)

For dinner I was thinking about making chicken with some quinoa and brocolli spinach and cherry tomatoes, does this sound ok?
 
I always make extra of whatever I'm having for dinner so that I can take it for lunch the next day.

i cook everyday and tend to adjust recipes. I stick with things like stews and curries as you can pack them with herbs and spices and they're essentially very healthy meals anyway :)
