    Hi and welcome
You'll find the herbalife forum very quiet. I'm not sure why. I love herbalife too. I tend to have it mainly for breakfast but occasionally lunch as well.
Come and visit us on the xenical forum. A lot of use shakes as well and they'll give you lots of support x

Thanks for the tip ill check that forum out. . I tend to use it for lunch more than breakfast because I would normally have made a lunch that was too high in calories just because of food ignorance.

    HI there Shinner

Wow a stone in a week is fab!

I'm thinking of starting herbalife in next couple of days!

Do you mix your formula one with milk or water?

Thanks for replying. Herbalife forum seems very quiet!

Is it possible to make your shakes warm/hot do you know? Like they do on other shake diets?

Also do you add protein to your formula 1? Wondering if I need to buy it or not?

Yeah you can heat the milk and do it that way or use ice and blend. yea the protein keeps ya fuller for longer. Oh and only take one vitamin a day they say 3 but its nit necessary. Also the tropical shakes are the ones i find the nicest and the original tea with the choc peanut and caramel bars

You go online and you find a distributor nearest you and then they call you up and send it to you

You dont even need to speak to anyone if you dont want to. You go online and register with anyone you like. The websites are similar but the prices are the same. You immediately get a password back to let you see the prices. And it arrives s few days later. Great.
My favourites are vanilla shake, peanut chocolate protein bars . I've just ordered the tomato soup as I need to up my game a bit.
    Good luck you'll enjoy it

Oh and I only bought one lot if protein powder as it didn't make me feel any fuller. I also just use a normal multivit. Just as effective and a lot cheaper.

    WOW shinner excellent result.
I have had a look on the website..would you mind if i ask a few questions?
Can you replace all your meals with the formula1? or do you just replace breakfast and/or lunch?
And roughly how much does it cost?
    Thanks for yor help x

Not at all anything you need to ask feel free.
If you choose to you can replace them all but its hard to stick to just two shakes so id advise you eat a meal preferably dinner. Without any carbs at all for at least 3 weeks to maxsmise weightloss.
I feel fantastic. I would never go back to my terrible ways sometimes a slip up happens but its important to just get straight back into it.
The products i bought was the tropical shake- EUR30 which i find to be yummy.. Had tried the others before and i never really took to them. I also got the instant herbal beverage- EUR28 which id advise you get as it burns 80 cals per cup and id advise 3 cups per day at after your shakes and meal. The third thing i got was the nightworks... Its quite expensive at EUR70 but its well worth it. It keeps the metabolism going while you sleep and hence it burns cals. It says use two of the little scoops you get in the container but thats a money making scheme so i find one is enough. The tablets are what comes next... Just buy yourself a regular multivitamin as its pointless buying one from herbalife as its approx EUR28 per container of tabs which have 90 tablets. You should definately get the thermo complete which is similar to the tea and also the cell activator... That starts your metabolism. When you order you get a booklet and instructions telling you how to do everything but with the tabs just take one with every meal and only one multivitamin per day.
You are allowed 2 snacks per day as well. I tend to not have these as i find im not hungry for them.. But theres a choc peanut bar which is not bad if you like peanuts and a citrus lemon bar which kind of tastes like a milky way bar. The bars are good to have on a work lunch break or something when you want to have something when maybe friends are eating a biscuit with coffee or something and you would rather not take out a shake. They are quite chewy though but you get used to it.
As said by someone in a previous post the protein powder isnt really that important. I wont be reordering that next time.
My cost was EUR215 and it included a f1 shake, 2 lots of tablets, the tea, the nightworks, the protein and 2 snack bars. Itll be four weeks since i started on sunday and i still have lots of shake and protein left. About half the tea and vitamins left but ill only get one more week out of the nightworks.
    Good luck on your journey.
Check ace young herbalife song out on youtube.. It gives me motivation and one vision one world herbalife as well they're gr8 to keep ya motivated.
