My Mood: Rep Power: 71   Diet: Herbalife Shapeworks | Hi Katie. the protein in the product should be curbing ur cravings. do u add the personalised protein powder to ur shakes or have the bars? if u dont, u might need them. are u active? hard to give a suggestion without knowing ur lifestyle or how u already take ur products. do u get a good follow up with ur distributor? if so they should be advising properly but otherwise, i can try to help. xx
