Shake Recipes (Formula 1)

Hi All,

The herbalife protein shakes come in 6 flavours which are:
  • Vanilla
  • Chocolate
  • Strawberry
  • Tropical Fruit
  • Cappuccino
  • Cookies & Cream
They can be made up with:
  • any flavour 100% pure squeezed juice
  • sweetened/unsweetened soya milk
  • skimmed/semi-skimmed cows milk
As well as all that variety, you can add in any fruit, nuts or virtually fat free yogurts that you like.

So...there are hundreds of recipes that you can follow or make up to make something that tastes different.

Please feel free to add your own recipes here.

RED BERRY REFRESHER
2 scoops of F1 Strawberry
Juice of 1 lemon
150ml Cranberry Juice
100ml cold water
(about 180 kcals)

FRUIT BLEND
2 Scoops of F1 Vanilla
100g (3 slices) pineapple
3 dried apricots
100ml water
150ml Pure orange juice
(about 220 kcals)

PERSIAN CAPPUCCINO
2 scoops F1 cappuccino
250ml semi skimmed milk
3 dates
(250ish kcals)

CHOCOLATE GINGER
2 scoops choc F1
1 peice of syrup ginger
1 dessert spoon of drinking chocolate
250ml water
(190 kcals)

BANANA CHOC
2 scoops chocolate F1
1 small banana
250ml semi skimmed milk
(300 kcals)

TROPICAL TREAT
2 scoops tropical fruit F1
1 medium mango
200ml water
(200 kcals)
