Any other herbalifers out there?

BeckyT

Always trying!
Wooooo hooooo! We now have our own section!

I dabbled with herbalife just before crimbo and although I didn't feel hungry I found it hard to stick to as I missed having the support from other people who are also following the plan

Now crimbo is out of the way it's time to ignore the remaining naughty treats in my cupboard and start a fresh

Would really love to hear from other people following the same plan x

That's great. I only use it for breakfast as ive discovered its my breakfast of choice as I'm not a cereal fan apart from weetabix or porridge once in a blue moon. But I will keep popping in.

Good luck. X

I tried the chocolate and cookies and cream before crimbo... They are lovely! Think I am going to get vanilla next time!

I'm out for a meal tomorrow night and out again on NYE so going to give it my all from the 2nd

I need to try and change my mindset from thinking that I'm missing out on food for breakfast and lunch c

Welcome back, Becky. I've been on Herbalife for a total of about 3 months (split due to a move) and dropped a total of about 20 pounds. Aiming to lose a lot more, but that's a start.

Oooo well done you! That's a very good start!

It's good to have some inspiration!! Roll on the 2nd Jan! I think that once I have a full week under my belt it will give me the boost I need to trust the plan :D

Thanks. Yea, consistency is the key. I hit a few plateaus along the way - big drop one week, steady for a few, then another bit down. Just make it part of your daily routine. It's also important to make sure that you tailor your program to fit your needs. I had to force down the original flavor tea, and the Pina Colada flavor was a nightmare, but once I switched to raspberry tea and better flavors of shakes, it became a lot easier.

Whoop whoop! I will be starting back on it 100% on the 2nd January. Have you ever followed the plan before? x

well the sad thing is I have food intolerance so I dont know how well I can tolerate it. Many years ago I tried it but had serious money problems so stopped. Think I can pay for at least a few months for a full plan.
last year I bought some outside the US and I started puking so returned it. My supply will be coming from US so maybe....

i sometimes have mine with fruit juice, its quite nice :)

That's a great idea! I'm going to try vanilla with some strawberries and banana (not together!)

My friend also said to put food essence in like mint or orange and even cinnamon

i dont do this, i dont have the blender for it but a friend of mine does have fruit in her shakes, but blends it in :)

Hi all,

So glad we finally have our own thread. We need to spread the word and make sure that we keep posting so Pierce and the others can see that this is an active forum.

It's fab isn't it and I couldn't agree more!

I will start a waffling diary when I start back on it next week x

It's great to see people coming out of the woodwork:)
I must admit I only have vanilla. I'm fussy about milkshake and don't like it flavoured with other stuff. I did try cookies and cream but the bits just have it an odd texture so my daughter seived them out lol. :)
I can't have dairy but I find the free from shake too sweet so I stick to the normal one and make it with Oaty milk and its fine.

I was told to make mine with soya milk. I'd never tried it up I until trying herbalife and I have to say it makes the shakes taste quite nice. Are you able to have soya?

It made me smile when you said that your daughter sieved the bits out for you! They are strange aren't they!! I hadn't thought of sieving them though, might give that a whirl!! x

Hi,

Well my supply is here!! Starting Dec. 31st on the ultimate program and I got aloe drink too. I couldn't get the allergen free because the person selling it didn't have it on hand so I heard the aloe should help with most digestion issues (acid reflux).
Sooo excited to open all my bottles, I better go buy a pill organiser box thingy.
Can I crush all the pills?
Anyone tried using almond milk?
