I'm new to Herballife and I would love to hear some of your favourite shake combo's you made up as I'm afraid I'll get bored having the same everyday.
I just made this, recommended by my wellness coach:
Strawberry shake powder
about 100 to 125 ml fat free greek yoghurt
fill up to 250 ml with light red grape juice
add a handful of frozen summer fruit (out of my snack allowance)
Threw it all in a jug and used my blitzer, its an amazing smoothie!
Now please, share your favourites!
I havent got too adventurous.
I have the cookie crumble but dont really like that it has bits in it - I am a bit strange with stuff like that!
Love mixing the vanilla with the cappuccino that is gorgeous.

Hiya, I personally love the 'toffee apple and cinnamon' flavour, it's not too sweet buit it's like an apple crumble in a shake haha! I bought the cookies and cream after that but i'm buying the toffee apple again next time!
I never add fruit to my shakes, as I have lots of weight to lose and fruit can add to sugars and carbs, slowing your weight loss down. I know it's a bit dadft 'cos fruit is healthy, but by avoiding fruit and other carbs and sticking mostly to protein you'll lose the most weight. Try having some chicken or crabsticks or even veg with your shake instead.
Good luck! Lucy xxx
I love food, but I hate being fat more!
