I'm new to Herballife and I would love to hear some of your favourite shake combo's you made up as I'm afraid I'll get bored having the same everyday.
I just made this, recommended by my wellness coach:
Strawberry shake powder
about 100 to 125 ml fat free greek yoghurt
fill up to 250 ml with light red grape juice
add a handful of frozen summer fruit (out of my snack allowance)
Threw it all in a jug and used my blitzer, its an amazing smoothie!
