    Talking WELCOME me to herbalife please!!

    Well its been awhile since iv been on here weight and stuff may have changed i was on here
    a few months ago whilst i was doing exante and decided i needed food in my life and
    piled a hell of a lot of weight back on!
    enough was enough bought my herbalife... i have all together

    cookies and cream f1
    banana f1
    fibre and herb tablets
    multivitamin tablets
    lemon tea

    i trialed this for one day on thursday to see how it went and so surprised how full i was in the evening i had chicken cooked in orange
    juice... recipe off herbalife on youtube and cucumber iv got some protein bars and started fully today as i went out friday and knew i wasnt going to be doing it on a hangover...
    few questions how do you lot make your shakes... i tried ice i didnt like blending it with ice and everyone puts different amounts of milk in i use red top milk.... also massive question did you all have scoops in your F1 i havnt but i have one of them herbalife spoons... is this spoon enough milkshake powder with two level big spoon fulls thank you in advance!!!!

    Hey,

    I use the green top milk in mine.

    I dont add fruit or ice I just shake them up with the powder & that is it.

    I have cookies & cream for breakfast.

    Lunch mail meal.

    Dinner I have cappuccino mixed with vanilla.

    I drink the peach tea & I also take the fibre & herb supplements aswell as the multivitamins.

    I am really enjoying herbalife lost 6lbs in just under 2 weeks!

    ANYONE else notice herbalife forum is so so sooo quiet! EVEN exante is more active than this one... iv been enjoying it so much too and bending the rules so much but seen what im eating and my appetite has changed im not starving at all and my water intake is great and lost 7 lbs already feeling great! iv been using the red top milk and i cant stomach my lemon tea which im a bit upset about

    Yeah the SW i was on was really busy but Ive been trying to come on herbalife one couple of weeks ago x im on orlistat as well as herbalife so i use that one as well x

    Lets all keep messaging each other and help others get chatting that way we can help build it up

    We need to encourage each other and what better way than on here

    First day tomorrow on this (been doing SW for years but yo yo'd and didn't learn portion size so hoping i learn discipline on this one x how are you doing? X

    Yeah I struggled with SW aswell eat as much of all this stuff as you want.

    If I could stop eating when I am full I wouldnt be here in the first place haha

    I am doin good lost 10lbs in 3 weeks.

    I dont feel much of a difference body wise but do feel more energetic.

    Had a cold coming on tho so thats not really helped.

    Hiya jess, doing ok on day 6 now and finding it ok tend to eat fruit as snacks at the mo and have fruit with the shakes but bit worried im eating too much fruit? Do you calorie count with it? How about making your second shake up ready early so all you need to do is see it and drink it? Hope you get your mojo bck soon xx

    IV heard your not allowed to leave a shake more than 15 minutes as its not the same as when you first make it... i could be wrong but maybe an idea im finding my snacka are bananas! BUT over the past three days been crisps and chocolate!!! HAHA smack my bottom please... back on track this morning my shakes ready to go my bananas are ready to eat and my tablets are in their pot with my 1.5 litre water bottle!! I dont put fruit in my shakes just use red top milk and i dont calorie count anything until my last meal... which iv not calorie counted for a few days but i use the fitness pal app on my phone which helps with calorie counting what flavour shakes does everyone have? X

    Lol consider this your kick up the bum lol x ive been naughty today and some of my little ones sweets Ooops! Just really yearned for something sweet x i find bananas can bung you up so i try not to have too many x

    I have the chocolate shake as didn't like the vanilla one x
