Yay I got my first delivery and off I go......!!!! :)

Finally I got my first order through yesterday afternoon so started today :) hubby left me in bed for a lye in and I couldn't believe it as I woke up at 12.10pm ???!!!!

Missed my breakfast shake so had my lunch shake and thankfully i really like the chocolate one yay!!! :) Ive had a muller light yoghurt, a banana, 2 tiny satsumas and a cup of tea x I also gave the original herbal life tea a go, I added strevia (don't like to have any other sweeteners) and it was ok x didn't think id stomach it so pleased I can and I felt quite energised this afternoon :)

Having chicken, mushroom, onion, pepper wrap (ww wrap) for dinner with salad & small serving of savoury rice as know this meal fills me up :)

What kinds of meals do you have for dinner that are filling? Thinking of looking up some healthy stews/casseroles as its getting cold now and that always makes me want winter warming dishes :) x
 
I have been eating loads of savoury rice mixed with vegetables.

Really need to get more creative with meals cos I always up ending the same things all the time.

Savoury rice is nice though :) im going to look up some low calorie meals as get bored very easily lol xx
 
I had a salad. No dressing, just plain salad cause I felt like....I usually don't eat rice or pasta so my meals are protein and pumpkin or salad or potato or uh quinoa.

Do you find you stick to it as I think I would get bored eating same things all the time x but if it works for you thats great :)

Going to try doing the following meals this week -

Omelette and salad

Sw quiche and salad

Vegetable stew

Low fat sausages beans & wholemeal toast

Chicken, mash & veg (gravy using stock pot)

Low fat shepherds pie & veg

The chicken wrap savoury rice and salad was really filling this eve so that will be a good one for when im feeling really hungry :) I drank 1litre of water plus tea which is a lot more than i usually do so a good start x

Looking forward to day 2 hope I can stick to it fully! X
