    Herbalife Bring It On!!!

    Hey guys,
    Going to attempt this diet again, this will be my 3rd time and hopefully I can stick to it as this time I have a big incentive. i'm getting married next year 21st June. I am currently 17 stone and a size 20. I would love 2 be a size 14/16 at least.
    I don't want to set myself a big goal so little weekly ones will be great. I'm looking for support and motivation think that will help loads x
    So is there anyone out there who fancies buddying up?
    Going to start tommorow, none of this i''ll start monday because monday never comes

    Start Date: December 28, 2012
    Start Weight: 88kg
    Current Weight: 71.8kg
    Goal Weight: 60kg
    Goal Date: ASAP

    Current BMI: 30.7
    Goal BMI: 25.6

    Total Weight Loss: 16.2kg
    Weight to Lose: 11.8kg
    % Lost 18.4%
    I am spiraling out of control!!! I got shakes and wanna give it my best shot ( again). I am with you!! no more start on Monday, I am having a shake for my next meal!!!

    Herbalife Bring It On!!!

    I am on Day 12 of my Herbalife journey...we had a big party at the weekend too and I went off plan but I have currently lost 5lb so a great start!
    I love the shakes and the delicious choc peanut protein bars and roasted soya beans! And it's not just the weight I'm losing that's great it's the way it makes me feel! I am healthy, clean and energized and I LOVE it

    Last night during my meditation I came up with a brilliant idea I've started a weight loss sponsor for every pound I lose people will donate 10p and its going towards a local charity for animals! Really proud for coming up with the idea I'm just hoping it won't be too much pressure I have to stick to it now I have no choice! It commences 1st Dec to the 1st June that's 6 months going to buy a set of scales today but inches I am 51 bust 42 under bust. 48 waist and 44 hips I think I'm about 17st 7! I have polistic ovary syndrome so the weight loss is going to be a challenge on my stomach but I have got to do this.
    I've even come up with reasons why
    I want to surprise my family at my wedding
    I want to be able to walk into any store and try on any clothes and not mope around trying to find plus size stores,
    I want my skin to clear up as I have bad acne
    And I want my periods to come back so I can try for a family when I'm older
    Can u guys think of reasons why u wanna do it?
    And hi BTW great that 3 of us are on the same path! Day 12 that's great xxxx
