The one thing on any diet that is hard is keeping it interesting but staying within the boundaries so you still lose weight.
I use a lot of chicken, mainly on watercress and rocket salad, with balsamic dressing and pistachio nuts. It tastes amazing and is quick to do.. Who can be bothered to cook complicated meals!
Any ideas for simple but good for you meals that you use that we can share? Plenty of protein as we're always told ;-)
