Staring to back on Herbalife and aiming to stick to it this time out.

Had a vanilla shake for breakfast, and juat had a protein bar.

Now off out with mother so I'm aiming for a healthy lunch and then a shake for dinner.

Had a bad day yesterday, topped off by a chinese. But back on for a full week, had a protein bar for my night shift last night and now gonna make myself a vanilla shake :)

Struggling at the moment but trying to be strict had my shake for breakfast, vanilla and hazelnut milk. Bought myself some coconut milk to try too.

I haven't had a weigh in this week yet, been crazy busy decorating, hopefully do one in the morning...If I remember after my night shift :)

I prefer nights instead of days but thats only because I work In a place with mostly female workers and it can get quite *****y, so a plus of working nights is I onky have to work with one other person lol
