Hi every1 :)

I'm back on the herbalife plan as off 2day. Been messing around past 6 months & getting nowhere fast! I know herbalife is about making positive changes to my diet whilst also living a healthy active lifestyle, so here I am :) starting my 90 day challenge 2 get 2 my level 10 which at the moment is 12st 5lbs ovcourse once I reach this weight my level 10 will change again. As 12st 5lbs will b the lightest iv even known myself 2 b I thought that this would b my first goal :)

Iv basically came 2 the conclusion, I either want this or I don't! I'm either willing to put in the effort 2 make lasting changes or I'm not! I can have results or excuses but I can't have both - I'm taking away the excuses & being honest with myself after all I'm the only one in control of my body & the way I feel and I'm done with 'giving up' & feeling sorry for myself.

I'll add in as many photos off shakes, snacks & meals as poss!....I hope to be an inspiration to someone one day & I hope u enjoy reading my diary :)

There's always room for improvement so feel free to comment!

Day 1/90

9.00am - tropical shake made with 250ml soya milk & 40g blueberries

11.15 - protein bar

1.30 - choc mint shake made with 250ml soya milk

4.30 - Greek yog & 40g raspberries

6.30 - T-bone steak, sweet potato mash, broc, mushrooms & onions

Water x 3litres
Herbalife tea x 4
Exercise - 45mins walk

Weight : 14st 9.5lbs (2st4.5lbs 2 level 10) Muscle mass: 29.9%
Body fat: 47.5%
Hydration: 41.9%
BMI: 35.3

Hello! Great to have another diary on here. U sound Like u know what ur doing :) hope uv had a good first day! How is the tropical shake? Havent tried it yet xx

Tropical is my fav! It's got a slight banana taste....some people don't like it because of that but it's defo my favourite :) yeah well I'm actually a coach but taking a break from coaching right now as i need 2 coach myself lol iv just recently put this 2.5 stone on after splitting up with my ex. Took comfort eating 2 the extreme! Lol it's a great plan....if u work with it! First day has went down good part from not been able 2 stick 2 eating every 2/3 hours, my dad is very ill in hosp so having 2 eat between long visits there x

I hope your dad gets better soon, sorry to hear about that and the break up, life hands out a load of crap sometimes :( hope ur ok. Im the same, I stuff my face in all occasions :/

Aw I see! No wonder u know what ur doing! Il have to try the tropical then as I love banana milkshakes in.general! Always abit cautious cos it's a pricey mistake to have to have it everyday if u dont like it ha ha. How did u work out muscle/fat % etc? Im doing ok thanks, mainly struggle when im off with my partner cos he can eat what he likes and not gain an oz! This is my 6th week, im down 11lbs and nearly 10" :eek:

We aren't sure if he's going 2 get better tbh docs have said 2 take it one day at a time :( he has liver disease, he's only 46 it's really difficult 2 watch him so ill but what can you do jst have 2 get on with it!

My scales tell me muscle mass & stuff. I bought them when I was coaching! Yeah ur right it's 2 expensive 2 take a chance & buy a new shake & then dislike it! I'm lucky enough 2 have lots of left over stock so have lots 2 choose from lol 11lbs is great well done :) can u feel the diff now? X
 
Aw so young :( like they say, take it a day at a time.

Yeah I can, I can.finally fit back in my work trousers and I need to buy some new black trousers as mine are now falling down! Shame im a poor student, otherwise id be looking forward to spending a fortune on a new wardrobe!

Hi every1 I'm back! :)

Iv allowed my dad passing 2 totally put me off track but I'm going 2 pick myself up & forgive myself for it! Spending his last wk with him in hosp & being able 2 stay over night with him was priceless & time I'll never get back again. It's been a wk 2day since his funeral & ill b totally honest iv spent the week comfort eating & having emotional break downs! This morning I got out of bed got undressed & looked at myself in the mirror & thought 2day is the day that this stops & I start taking responsibility for how I'm looking on the outside & feeling on the inside.....so I went & had a shake ;)

I think the best thing for me 2 do right now is take things a day at a time so I'm not going 2 pressure myself with a 90 day challenge. I weighed myself this morning & iv put 1lb on so it could be worse but then again it could also b a lot better! I'll weigh again nxt thur!

Day 1 back on plan ;)

10am - tropical shake with 250ml NFC raspberry & apple juice & protein

1pm - apple & nakd bar

3.30pm - choc mint shake with 250ml soya milk

6.00pm - small tin tuna in spring water

9.00pm - turkey stir fry

Had dinner so late as i was in a seminar. Was soooo hungry by the time i got home!

3 litres water
3 herbalife teas
