Just wanted to say Hi and make it official that Im on this plan! Ive been on every diet known to man over the years and Ive finally realised that I have a food obsession, hopefully on this plan taking away the food and need to weigh, or point or syn everything will help.

good luck , I have also tried every diet on the planet and the only one I can stick to is very little food diets lol did the Cambridge diet a few years ago which was perfect for me as no food at all but now givin herbalife a go x
how have ya found the shakes ? I tend to have mine plain with almond milk as It takes me too long to drink the thick ones with fruit in I prefer to just get it down the neck lol
2nd day down, all good, :p
I have a shake for breakfast - I make mine with semi skimmed milk ml about 10am
Lunch at 1pm
Shake at 7pm
I also have some protein chocolate bars and raspberry tea. Must start having these more!
I drink 2-3 ltrs of water a day also.
I dont mix myb shakes with fruit or snack on anything, is that ok?
U need to be having a protein snack between meals so late morning and mid afternoon, or at least some veggies or fruit If nothing else. Try having a protein bar or some soya nuts inbetween :) need to feed ur body every 2-3hrs. Well done with the water intake xx

You need the snacks preferably 3x per day - the idea is it boosts your metabolism and gets it speeding up. I have the protein bars, handful of nuts, boiled eggs, spinach, fruit, 0% fat greek yogurt, slices of meat etc x
