Midlife crisis I think

Hi all I think I am having a midlife crisis, I have just committed to losing 28lbs in 10 weeks (also have a week holiday in the middle of that and a hen do!) And then I have just signed up to run the leeds half marathon next may. So I order to keep me on track I am going to declare my food on here daily to keep the focus. June was a rubbish month for me in terms of weight loss managed to lose some body fat (always a bonus) and ran 9 miles but no weight off. Heres to my midlifer:eek:

Ha ha just got it yesterday from my coach so bought everything and starts today, PLEASE NOTE THIS DIET IS TAILORED FOR ME AND IS QUITE EXTREME

Here is my diet today

Breakfast, mint choc shake with pdm and original tea
Lunch , 100g chicken breast, 1/2 avocado
Tea, 100g chicken breast, 1/2 avocado, large thermo tea
Snack, cookies and cream shake with pdm

Drink, lots of water
2 mile walk with my 3 year old, he did amazing bless him

Thanks clover 89 that is it I can have some egg whites on an evening so if i am hungry. Feel ok at the moment, just about to do a HIIT workout then have my shake. Yes it is avocado everyday this is this weeks diet it may change next week. Will keep you updated

Chocolate shake, tea and tablets
100g chicken breast, 1/2 avocado
Mint choc chip shake, tea and tabs
100g steak 1/2 avocaco

40 mins bootcamp

Lots and lots of water some with aloe

Its a series of workout dvds they are amazing, you can follow the whole programme or just pick which ones you want to do. Google it, it is sold through beachbody.com although mine is a copy

Ooo will do that - I still use the faithful 30 day shred I either follow it really well or put it off for an age lol x
 
I've had the turbofire DVDs for about 2 years and am still not bored of them - they are hard but so much fun that it makes it easier if that makes sense. They have a schedule that if you follow it for 3 months it's meant to transform your body - I made a start on it once but gave up :( but could tell the difference after only a couple of weeks, especially in legs and bum! Half my DVDs are scratched and won't work now otherwise I might start again!
 
I have never followed the schedule I just enjoy the hiit programmes plus I run and go to boot camp she is good though, I also LOVE insanity I completed the 2 months of that it is just hard committing the time every day for that.

Food for yesterday
F1 mint choc shake with water and pdm
100g chicken breast with 1/2 avocado
100g steak with 1/2 avocado
F1 chocolate shake with water and pdm,
2 x thermo teas
5k jane tomlinson canal run. Completed

Day off exercise today but got to go clean my mums house so that is a workout in itself. Have a great day everyone

felt terrible today not sure if it was the boot camp and run or the fact I was awake from 2.30am I am soooo tiredand just feel rubbish. Going to bed early, hope you all have had a good day
