    New to 3 day trial

    Ok so, new to all this and on my 2nd day of the 3 day trial. Just wondering if my day looks ok

    Yesterday:

    Breakfast -vanilla shake with soya milk
    Snack- danio strawberry yoghurt
    Lunch - vanilla shake with soya milk
    Snack - almond nuts
    Dinner - chicken breast with peri-peri spice, mixed peppers & sweetcorn and roasted sweet potato
    Snack - an apple and some strawberries

    3 litres of water

    Today

    Breakfast - vanilla shake with soya milk
    Snack - an apple and 2 slices of deli ham
    Lunch - vanilla shake with soya milk
    Snack - fresh pineapple chunks & chicken breast with peri-peri spice
    Dinner - garlic chicken breast with sweetcorn, sweet potato and a tiny bit of coleslaw.
    Snack - almond nuts & danio yoghurt

    2 litres of water

    Any help or advice would be appreciated

    That sounds much better than my day!

    I had today.

    Brekkie - shake
    Lunch - shake
    Snack - 4 mini chicken satay sticks, pickles
    Dinner - prawn linguini, seeded bread
    Drinks - coke zero, black coffee, water

    How do you feel? Are you thinking of keeping it up?

    I am challenging myself to 100HerbalifeDays. On day 3, feel I need a wee challenge to give me a kick up the backside!

    I am actually enjoying it, im not hungry at all. Although my fitness pal is telling me im not eating enough calories?

    Does my food diary look ok? Its all new to me lol

    To answer the question about cost its actually cheaper the money I was spending on coffees, breakfast & lunches was ridiculous.

    �� thanks D xx nearly Finished one of my tubs of maxitone so I think I've got roughly 3 weeks left but until then I can find out a lot more information was thinking about giving herbal life a ring maybe they could give me a rough idea on cost & what I might need x

    I think they will just refer you to a coach.

    They will be able to give you the information you need.

    As a bit of a blip yesterday but trying my best to get back on track today.

    Weekends are the big struggle for me.

    To give you a rough idea my order came to 160.00. This was for 2 tubs of shake, 1 tub of protein drink mix, 2 packets of protien bars, one tub of energy tea, 1 tub of fibre tablets and one tub of vitamins.

    If you divide 160 by 30 it works out to 5.33 per day for 2 meals, 1 snack, 2 cups of energy tea, added protien and vits and fibre. I couldn't think I'd survive on 5 day for all that if it was all food from the supermarket!! x

    I was spending way more than that when I was just munchin away on god knows what!
