Hey x

I have been tracking my daily calories whilst using this x and it's well under a 1000 x

Do you know if your supposed to eat more or that's ok?
 
Been a very strange day today been out all day at my sons school for sports day I took my shake with me & my snack & all the water I could carry but I feel so dehydrated I have the headache from hell must have had to much sun
So today's menu was
Shake for breakfast
Shake for lunch
Almonds
Sweet potato
Nutcutlet
Sweetcorn

Don't no what I'm having as my snack yet
But on the plus side I lost 3lb
 
Thing is, it's just so hot so any water we consume is being sweat out x
Just try maybe upping it as little more x
 
I would normally have a lot more it just because I was out most of the day xx
 
This diet is so easy now I've got the hang of it I'm not going to write my food diary anymore xx:greenapple:
 
I take my first lot about 1/2 hour before my breakfast shake
Same with shake for lunch
& my last lot when I'm cooking dinner
 
Back on plan starting from Monday I've had 2 weeks of because my hubby has had tome off work & we've been out for days at least if I take the kids out by myself I can choose where I eat & we wont be out all day :banana dancer:
 
Didn't go to plan I came down with an infection in my breast & that made me sick I'm not to bad at the moment apart from a sensitive boobie so all being well Tuesday hopefully will be my start day if it clears up I did find it a little odd that my doctor only gave me cream & no antibiotics :fingerscrossed:

Thank-you I think the infection has gone now I'm just left with a cold now hopefully by Monday ill be back on :cross:
 
Going to ring my distributor today to find out if she can come to me ?? I hope she can because my friend that was doing it with me can't decide when she's going to start & I don't want to put it off any longer I stood on my scales this morning & 13st 7 1/4 ..... I've had my supplements a mint shake & now I'm going to do my Wii fit will be interesting to see how mush weight it says I've gained
