New to Herbalife

I'm determined to stick to a diet this time until I reach my goal weight. But with knowing very little and different advice I am unsure on the right path.
Do I HAVE to exercise with this diet as a lot of people I speak to say this diet is mainly for fitness people and gym users not weight loss????

here is what I have been eating over the few days

FRI
Breakfast= Strawberry Shake with skimmed milk, x2 fibre and herb, x1 multi vitamin with large glass of water

Snack = Herbalife peanut bar

Lunch= Strawberry Shake with skimmed milk, x2 fibre and herb, x1 multi vitamin with large glass of water

Snack = Apple

Dinner = Warm Chicken salad (one chicken breast) Lettuce, Tomato, cucumber, spring onions and a fat free salad dressing
I AM drinking water all day and having a raspberry herbalife tea when I'm at home, approx. x3 tea/coffee a day to with 2 sugars (my only treat)

I've also been having salmon, cod and smoked mackerel fillets with either veg or salad for Dinner.

Does this look like a typical Herbalife day???? I'm scared I am doing something wrong or not balancing things out enough. I have stayed clear of the carbs as I know they do make me bloated and will hinder any weight loss.

Your days seen ok to me & the exercise you mention it helps but you don't have to myself I try & do at least 3/4 days a week but sometimes its hard to fit in
How are you finding the shakes ?
 
Just wondering have you tried the herbalife tea I've got the lemon one it's lovely people say it's supposed to give you an energy boost I'm not sure if it works :D
 
I like the shakes, I am just drinking the strawberry one as its the only one I've opened so far. I'm not feeling hungry at all.
I have the raspberry tea and drink it when I remember too, but I'm still drinking tea and coffee as I usually do. I've not noticed an energy boost. xx
