So I did what I said I wasn't going to do....... stood on the scales!!
AND because I never weighed myself before I started (nearly 2 weeks ago) I am left slightly disappointed and disheartened.

Which has lead me to google everything and anything on Herbalife and made me question if I am doing things right. I saw a lot of posts from people saying that they needed to get more protein snacks etc etc, I really just grab fruit, veg, ryvita - something of low calorie I don't really make sure its full of protein!!

Anyway at least now I know what I do weigh and maybe next week I can feel slightly better at a loss.
