    15's to the 14's...........................

    I started this at 16st 7lbs & lost 8lbs.

    Now 15st 13lbs so on the journey to the 14's now if anyone wants to join me?!?!

    Brilliant well done I am 2 stone down but got told by 3 different people I dont look like i have lost ANY weight I am gutted to say the least. Need to lose more and need some motivation I will support you if you can support me

    I don't believe that for a minute, apparently you start to notice from about 10-12lbs.

    I think sometimes you can see nothing and then a few lbs make a massive difference, also if you're in 'baggy' clothes its harder to notice! Well done girls xx

    I don't see any difference yet either by the end if the year though we will be different ladies.

    I really wouldn't worry what other people say, the only person that matters is you!
    You know you've lost weight, you know you feel better and you know you done it!!!!!

    I've only lost 9lb so far but I know I've lost it as my clothes are looser x but no one has actually notices it x
