Happy New year to you too. On day 6 of the 10 day detox and 4lbs down woo hoo, only 56lbs to go

Absolutely twisterlondon will support all the way. If you dont get any instructions let me know I will help you. The 10 day detox is 2 x shakes a day but 3 scoops of shake instead of 2 and 3x florafibre, 3 x fibrebond tablets 3 times a day. Snacks and healthy tea
 
My pack arrived no instructions! Have followed the instructions on the packs of each item and just trying to have a high protein meal. Have spotted that m&s have a new range out that's high protein have you seen it?
 
So my snacks are things like, nuts, chicken, eggs, protein bar, yoghurt,

Here is what you should be doing,
250ml of milk 2 scoops of shake (did you get a measuring spoon?)
shake and drink
Also have your tea and tablets.

Do this for 2 meals, then a healthy tea mainly protein and veg/salad based (include tea and tablets too)

2 snacks per day

I have a list of proteins and snacks etc if you would like me to email to you let me know

Hello I don't think I can use pm until I have posted 50 times.. I am down 3lbs and don't really feel like I am missing out so all good. Will try the detox from Monday x
 
Hello 5lbs down finding it really easy to fit in with my life but weekends are hard have fallen off a few times. Have wedding dress fitting next sat hope it will inspire me to really go for it x how is the detox xx
 
That is great news well done, detox finished now just on the 30 day weightloss plan now. Good luck with the fitting and keep up the great work. Weekends are difficult I guess you have to decide do you want hardcore quick weightloss in which case you must stick to it 7 days a week or do you want to enjoy your weekends and accept that the weightloss will be slower but more in keeping with your life?
 
Yes you are right. I have done LL and Cambridge before and ended up bingeing and feel better taking it slow. Shakes are yummy too! What's the 30 day plan x
 
The 30 day plan is the weightloss plan that you are on. My favourite shake is mint choc chip which I am surprised about. What about you?
