    just a quick update.

    been ill for 3 days and weighed in at hotel 138 lb.just beginning to eat again so no doubt will put it back on.
    all i had on plane was a bread roll,pretzels and a warm wrap. they ran out of chicken dinner and could only offer chilli beef. so much for going premium econmy with virgin.all the times we have travelled with them we have never had a choice as by the time they get to me they run out.

    been to san francsco,monterey,santa barbara and now in san diego for 7 nights.

    will do a write up when i get home.

    I arrived back home at 9pm tonight.

    Sigh back to 10st 1/4lb but may weigh less tomorrow morning.

    Quite surprised as once I got my appeite back I ate like a pig.

    I had Mcdonalds pancakes and sausage patty the saturday morning and within 2 hours was running to the loo.I was feeling alright before then so I do know that was what it was.
    Had fillet-o-fish from Mcdonalds before getting on flight yesterday and guess what I couldn't eat anything on the plane as I was feeling ill.Hubby was really worried as he said he could see I didn't look well so went nearly 24 hours before eating something and all I have had tonight after getting home is some prawn crackers and one spring roll.

    I weighed this morning 9st 13lb. Now to keep it off.

    Washing nearly done.Cheated and put it in tumble drier as I was up at 4.30am and thought I would just get it over and done with.

    Next food shopping once hubby gets up that will be about lunch time.
