    Start Weight: 17st9lb
    Current Weight: 13st2lb
    Goal Weight: 11st0lb

    Current BMI: 28.8
    Goal BMI: 24.1

    Total Weight Loss: 4st7lb

    I went away and LOST weight!!

    I am sooooo happy! Me and my hubby went away to wales in a caravan for a week and of course I was terrified of putting weight on, as I would be missing 3 sessions at the gym! but I resisted temptations and when I came home I'd lost 4lb! It's a bloomin miracle lol I did swim while we were there and we did some walking around towns but was still scared of the weight creeping on, so happy it didn't! lol

    It was soo hard lol We ate out alot but I was on baked potatoes, salad, sandwiches with brown bread! lol I even resisted cream and toppings on top of my low fat milkshake lol That in the past would have been impossible, I LUUUURVEE cream! LOL
