Hey I'm on slim fast shakes, and a very low calorie diet. I have the shake for breakfast, then go on a 5 mile walk. After the gym I will try and have a shake but I'm unsure what's best. should I go strictly liquids till evening meal or is that unhealthy? My calorie intake per day equals to little over 1000, a loss of 1500 every day. I don't know what to do for the best. Please help?
