Thought it was time to say HI! Have to admit I've been skulking around the forum for a few days having a good read!
I joined Lighter Life Total on the 18th Jan with my hubby and we are now on day 5! Really looking forward to our first weigh-in ... need to get a ticker sorted!
We are so glad to have discovered this forum - it's just soooo full of great info and ideas and the inspirational photos and stories are fab!

Eep I have a like but I can't tell what for yet, lol. I'll get my posts up quick I'm sure thou. Thanks for the info I was confused as the no you can't do that yet page said I should not confuse an avatar with uploading a picture suggesting I can do the latter which I can't yet.
