    I started my exante diet last night

    I am lazy in so much as I am copying Yambabe, who has been on it a week

    also know someone who has lost a massive amount on lighter life
    but I can't afford LL prices!

    hiya welcome to the forum, have you seen the exante section on here? Im currently doing something very similar, lipotrim, will be my 1st weigh in tomorrow and im nervous as hell lol. I need to lose roughly the same as you altho i have set myself an easy target to begin with as once i get to the weight ive put on here im gunna try to refeed then just eat less excersise more, just need a kick start xx
