    I have just joined, got my ticker, all ready for starting my diet tomorrow, I have joined sw a few times but didn't really like it (i'm shy) so I have all my sw books so going to try it at home.
    I am going to be a grandma very very soon (daughter is due tomorrow 21st Feb) so want to lose weight to enjoy my grandchild to the fullest, which I wont be able to do right now.
    I have epilepsy and sciatica (which makes it really hard to exercise) I have to make do with paracetamol for pain relief as other pain killers react with my epilepsy tablets.
    So I am looking forward to doing this and hope I can keep to it rigorously.
