Insanity Workout is Insane!!

Hi all!!!

I'm really excited to be here. I'm doing the Insanity Workout by Sean-T and it's everything it says in the title. I did WW, Atkins, LL and CD, lost weight and put it all back on. It took me 3 years to get back to my original heaviest (14st 6lbs) and had to do something about it.

I'm on my 13th day of the insanity workout. A few weeks before the exercise routine, I was horrified to see the scales tilt to 14st 6lbs which is the weight I was when I tried the previous diet plans. I decided to cut down and when I started Insanity on the 25.06.11, I weighed in at 13st 12lbs and now am 13st 7lbs. (5'6", Size 16/18). Lost 5lbs so far! I'm also following the diet plan it comes with but find it hard to eat 5 meals a day because my stomach is shrinking...yayy! I'm finally learning to listen to my body and my carb and sugar craving has totally gone and I sleep better. :happy036:

I'm fitter and feeling really pumped not just about losing the weight but feeling fitter, more energetic, happier, improvement in my stamina and more importantly, learning to say "It's time to stop eating". I think I'll be successful on this diet as I know how hard I have to work to lose weight so I'm less inclined to come off the tracks. I've never been so conscious about food before so I'm slightly scaring myself. :eek: I've also learnt to stop looking for a quick fix. It's going to take time and that's fine because I'm ready. For the first time, I'm confident I'll get back my pre-pregnancy body of 16 years ago.

Well, just thought I'd say hi and see if anyone else is doing this mad workout.
