Hi all I am 2nd week into sw diet. Moved to Adelaide 7 years ago and with all the gorgeous wine and cheeses I have put 2 stone on!!! I would live to loose that before I go back in June. Started doing sw without books and lost 2lb and now a further 3lb lost so am on a roll i hope.
I would love to hear from people about their successes and tips. I do mostly green but do eat fish so possibly ee would be good too? I am vegetarian so green does suit me but I worry it won't come off steady and regularly? How do people go without muller lights, fromage frais and other English stuff you can't get here? Thank god quorn finally arrived!!! Oh dud you know there is a place called quorn here in S A!!!!
