    New to here but not to dieting

    Hi all. I have not been here before at all but it looks like a good place for support and tips etc. Photo area is amazing - well done to all those on there.

    I have lost 2 stone over the last 18 months but not dieted, just ate sensibly. This appears to be going out of the window now so am going to join Slimming World tomorrow. I am just over 17st and would like to be 10st for Florida in August 2013. I managed to get from 19 to 14 last time we went but the usual thing happened. I managed that with Weightwatchers but that was when they had the programme where you didn't count points - can't be doing with the points system.
    So fingers crossed for SW as its the only 1 left that I've not tried

    Good luck! Sounds like you got off to a flying start with your sensible eating and probabally setup some great habits for SW

    I tried SW and really liked it a couple of years ago (when they had red/green days, not sure if they still do) - certain foods were unlimited - and so you can just eat until your full - and just keep losing weight every week - also the groups were great. GOOD luck with your journey, sure you will get there :-)
    Not stopping until I'm at target this time.

    Good luck with your journey, I tried SW - hated the class so only went twice, rejoined WW and am going to carry on going to the meetings whilst doing Lipotrim, I need a constant weight loss to keep motivated, and Lipotrim is the only thing I know that gives the result. The WW class is for when I get to where I want to be in the vain hope I can then keep on track with someone weighing me every week.
