Aiming to lose 22 pounds for my sister's wedding!!

Hi there,

I joined MiniMins to be able to chat to other people hoping to lose weight like myself!

I didn't want to join weightwatchers or slimming world or anything like that because I've been totally useless on them before and wanted to lose weight by my own rules. I'm hoping to do this by keeping a food diary (and posting my weekly eats on here), cutting down my portions sizes, and avoiding food with little or no nutritional value. I already exercise quite alot (running and pole-dancing:)) so I have that down. I just eat WAY too much.

So the plan is to get down to 11st 1lb by June 16th (Im currently 12st 9lb!) so that's a loss of 2lbs a week. It may be a little ambitious but I think I can do it!

Does anyone want to buddy up for support and stopping each other from falling off the wagon?

Thankyou! Oh my you've lost a ton of weight! Do you have any essential tips you could give me to stay on track?
