I'm returning again after screwing up last time due to family crisis. I am now ready to do this Yay!!
So about me I'm Garry 23 year old singleton from Scotland, I'm following the WW pp plan and I will be aiming for 5 excersize days per week I'm 250lb currently and my first goal is 230lb ... I train in wrestling so I want to keep size but lose the fat and replace with muscle for a more toned defined look.
