    Howdy fellow Atkins chums and other slimmers too!

    Hi there!
    Just about to start Atkins and Im relieved to see so much support there is on here!
    Got a wibbly, wobbly 6 plus stones to lose, so please feel free to send tips, advice and kick the butt if I start to fall off the waggon!
