Heya :)
Just wanted to introduce myself. Started a diet a week ago and have lost 2.2kg (4.8llbs).
I am doing the slim fast diet and mainly eating fruit vegetables, fish and meats such as turkey and chicken. I have also switched to wholegrain rice, pasta and cereal.

I'm hoping to pick up some tips and keep myself motivated by joining this forum.
