    Hello All

    Hello all

    Im new to this forum and am just introducing myself.
    My name is Laura and i am 29 years old, and im tired of being....well....me!
    Im a typical yoyo dieter and have always struggled with my weight. I really need to get this sorted now as i am hoping to start a family in the next few years and dont want to raise kids with my bad habbits.
    I am hoping with the support of this site i can find it in myself to get sorted......i turned here after living with an unsupportive partner who's idea of 'healthy eating' is so warped he thinks McNuggets are healthy as they are chicken! Needless to say, he will have to eat what i cook from now on or deal with it himself.
    If there are any people on here in the Midlands area of the Uk, or more precisly the walsall area who wants a buddy im in the market for one. I could use someone to give me a swift kick from time to time.

    Im planning on just good old simple calorie counting and healthy eating. I was going to try WW but then i watched a tv programme about what they use in there foods lol.
