    Hello all just starting slim and save today

    Hello fellow diet buddies, I'm new to this! I've always been a yoyo dieter, and have put off weighing myself for a few years until last week and was shocked weighing in at 17 stone, yikes! I'm on slim and save its my first day in ketosis , I'm looking for diet buddies to get me through the next 7 months.

    Hia, it's my first day on slim & save... how have u found the water intake... I'm struggling... Had nowhere near what I should've today!! :-(

    Hi 12achael, I've not had enough water today either, managed about 5 glasses, the water intakes is going to take some getting use too. I brought the orange water flavouring from s&s hoping this will help me with the 2-3 liters a day.
    have you just started too?

    I'm thinking I'll have to get some flavouring too... Never really been a fan of plain old water!!!! Lol, yeah yesterday was my first day, got thru it with no cheating!! Yay me!! I really missed my sweet milky coffee... Skimmed milk is pants... But warmed the shakes as I read it somewhere on here n it really helped!!!

    hi 12achael, i miss milky coffee too, i haven't tried the warm shakes, have you tried this yet? so far so good it's my weight day tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it. I think my determination has got stronger this time because on the site you can see everyone who's stuck to a plan and got there, and the support from other dieters is getting me through the days. how are you doing?
