Hi :welcome2:to this site and to SW.
I'm new here, but have done SW (off and on ) for years. I lost 3 stones with it for my wedding in 2005! So I know it can be done and I know that you WILL DO IT.

You've taken an amazing step and going to class on your own and taking control of your life shows how brave and confident you are even though sometimes we don't feel like it!

I went to group first time last night and the consultant said how proud she was of me for going by myself.
