Hi,

I've just started WW today and doing it by myself as went to classes last year and whilst liked the programme I didn't like the class environment. Friend is on minimins and she says she finds it very suportive so hoping to share and relate here better than I was able to in class.

:)

Looking forward to losing some weight and keeping it off. Just started jogging as signed up to a 5k in October so that's my goal!
