Cambridge diet

Hi everyone, started the cambridge diet over a week ago.
Lost 7lb first wk so happy.
But is hard with no food. Anyone else on this diet have any tips?
 
hi, ive dipped in and outmpf xampbrodge a few times the most ive lost is 6 stone and always managed to keep most of it off. My problem is im a pig and comfort eat. i eat when im stressed, i use fppd for all the wrong reasons butnwoth cambridge im in control. ive been dping cambridge fpr 12 weeks in total and have had my slip ups bf's wedding but lost 2 1/2 stone in total.
if youve done a week get through the second and stay positive the hardest thing is going in and out pf ketosis once you in its easy! :-D
 
Hello. I have just started and am finding the hunger in the first few days very hard. I have drank a lot of water which has helped.

Hi. I am new to this forum. I am also doing the Cambridge diet. I've lost two stone in two months but find I am slipping back into bad habits again..maybe I'm getting bored. Need some tips and motivation getting back on track!

Been a while since I have been on here!! Maybe a year !! Back on Cambridge and refuse to give up this time!! I have a girls holiday coming up in July in Ibiza and need to loose 4 stone.
Anyone else have the same amount to loose?

I am also in the same boat, but im like a yo-yo. I keep stopping and starting all of the time. I won't visit this site for months and months on end before a lightbulb turns on and i think to myself that I need to start losing weight!... pronto!

I am also gunna give slim and save a good go again. I know it works, i have lost weight before. Nearly two stone infact but it is just about sticking to it for me though. Which I find tough...

I need some tips on how to stay strong and to resist any temptations. Help.....anyone! x
 
Hi everyone! I'm doing exante which is similar. Day one today! Glad to hear I'm not the only yo yo girl!!!!
 
I'm on day 5 Cambridge Diet. Starting to feel semi normal (except I just made the rice pudding and it overflowed in the microwave so I actually had to lick the microwave plate!!!!!). Certainly been a tough start but that combined with consultant will certainly keep me on track. I'm not doing week 1 again!!!!!!!

So far lost 11 pounds (prob mainly water). Obviously not expecting that next week. Hoping my concentration improves next week for work otherwise might have to move up a step.
 
Today (day 6) I am out and out starving! Haven't been this hungry. Think it must be, because I'm so busy in the week I don't focus on it because I'm so busy. Going to have to have my second shake soon leaving me only one before bed:0l.

You could split your pack and have two mini shakes to stretch it out,,,just make each half up fresh and use within 20 minutes.
 
I try to savour everything making it last as long as possible :)
 
Just read for me, Exante recommends that you eat within 15 minute of making up the pack - that's so annoying haha x
 
Yeah I am the same!!! I am great for the first 2 months then I become fed up and I need to stop feeling like that!!

I have Ibiza in July I have lost my first stone just under 3 months to loose my other 3 or even 2 and half I'd be happy.

I keep looking at photos and clothes that I want to be in!! That helps sometimes

Any one else got any tips
