Newbie!

Hello everyone (anyone . . .),

I was reading some older posts on this forum last week, looking for inspiration, and found it reading BetsyBotox's story - so motivational, thank you for sharing it!

From that, I have now visited the chemist to pick up my weeks supply of sachets, and joined minimins.

I plan to use the forum as a kind of diet diary, and hopefully this will help me to stick with it - i have tried every diet known to man and not succeeded so far. I can not blame my 'pregnancy/baby weight either any more, cos daughter is 12). The plain fact of the matter is that I eat either too much, or the wrong food or both depending on what day it is, and I need to stop. Eating plans that allow food treats (or maybe even just food), just don't work for me any more, and I find myself cheating right from the start, and then disappointed when I don't lose any weight.

I've just succeeded at day 1 on Lipotrim with no cheating!!!!!

I found that although I wanted food today, I was not actually hungry . . . Just wanted to eat (and that is what got me into this situation to start with!). It will be interesting to see how and when the need to eat, whether hungry or not, affects me.

I need to remember to drink more water though; i think I am addicted to dt coke, that is what I miss the most so far, and so haven't enjoyed the water or black coffee, and as a result haven't drunk enough.

For now, I'm taking it one day at a time.
