    Dinner ideas? (low cals) Help

    hey, im really bored with my dinner plans. i love my breakfast n lunch. i am currently eating chicken,poached eggs and lettuce for dinner. im so bored with it. i want something nicer and still low cal and healthy.. has anyone got any tips for dinner for me. i really dont know where to start. ive looked online but still stuck. Thx

    Tonight I have baked sea bass fillet with herbs, cubed potatoes baked, carrots and mange tout lovely x

    i was thinking of some sort of fish but there expensive i think, and my bf hasnt got a clue how to cook fish, ive been keeping spuds out of my diet. thx though
